quotes Oh people. Yes you are paying alot but look at what you are getting. Totally adjustable. Yes it is high maintenance compared to a Giant or say a Norco but the performance is well worth it. Had a 010 Glory and I put this bike quite a few notches above it. Even with a cheap frame like my 08 Wilson was far more maintenance than my m9. I am meticulous with any of my bikes so this bike is a walk in the (bike) park. Hay Hoe Intense

It depends on the shock I'm running... On a DHX 5.0 I ran a 450 pound steel spring and I weigh 200 Pounds. On other shocks I can run a different coil spring and get away with it. it all has to do with the shock's valving.
