I beleive it is the FIRST trail leading off the fire road. It is on the left.

It depends on the shock I'm running... On a DHX 5.0 I ran a 450 pound steel spring and I weigh 200 Pounds. On other shocks I can run a different coil spring and get away with it. it all has to do with the shock's valving.
